  For better than four years I have been a rental client of Choice Realty . Simply stated , the responsiveness to concerns we have had ( maintenance) has been immediate with followthrough . The company has worked with me on a vigilant basis regarding my residence , and can recommend them without qualification . After a storm two hours later after a branch caused a leak Mr. Lee was spreading a tarp himself . I don't usually comment but they have been good to us and our needs .

  Jonathan helped me find space for 2 different locations for my retail store. He was extremely detailed and thorough, providing me with an analysis of the local markets surrounding the locations we were looking at. His follow up even after the lease was signed was much appreciated. I would definitely use Choice Realty as my agent in the future, and highly recommend them to others.

  Jonathan sold my husband and me one of the most amazing houses in the world. We love our 3-story treehouse located out in the woods in Kershaw County. Jonathan helped us see the possibility of using the house as a vacation rental home and it has been extremely successful. Jonathan is a really nice person; very professional and pleasant; open-minded, and a great problem solver who tackles problems in fun and creative ways. I highly recommend Jonathan to all customers.
