  I have been a client at C2G for over five years. I have worked with other companies in the past, however, I like C2G's approach. It is more personal there at C2G. I feel comfortable calling whenever there.

  I do agree that most staff are friendly however, not a fan of Tom. I went to him for financial advice, he treated me as if I were young and stupid even snapping at me when I asked a question twice because I wasn't certain I understood the first explanation he provided. However I was young (maybe a little dumb since I didn't leave) and allowed him to continue assisting me with financial decisions. His business also did the taxes for me and husband. Everything was fine until this year when I relocated which required me to find another person to complete my taxes. They were able to identify more ways for me to get money back, asked for receipts for purchases that I made for school and MD appointments.. etc. Never once was I asked for these things while I was doing taxes under Tom's people. I could go on and on but I received more back in taxes this year than I have the last 5 using this guy's company. If you have used him for a while, I would recommend getting a second opinion on finances, investments...etc so you can see what you're missing out on!

  The staff members at C2G are great. They always keep me in the loop about changes in my policy and about any discounts that come up.
