- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible place to get a loan. Only way to make a payment is by mail or in person. They dont allow you to pay by phone or online even though it's 2016. I moved to VA and tried to pay by mail but they never got my check. They told me they were having trouble with there mail system and to go to an alternate location in VA to make a payment. I drive 45 minutes tonCharlottesville to make a payment just to be told they can't accept a payment because Summerville uses a older system. What kind of business functions like this? If I can't make a payment via phone or online then your living in the Stone Age and shouldn't be in business.By Lee McGhee, August 24, 2017
