- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I recently had an appraisal done by this company. To my surprise, this appraisal came back $40,000.00 below an appraisal done on this same property in 2012. This invalid appraisal caused me to not be able to proceed with what I needed to do, however the appraiser did not have a good explanation as to why the appraisal was so much lower. Since 2012, the property and home have been upgraded and the area in which this property is located is growing at a tremendous pace. I found this company to be very unprofessional and not easy to work with. If Fairway Appraisal shows up to your home to do an appraisal, I strongly recommend you cancel and send them on their way!!By Phillip Thomasson, October 26, 2016
