- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My nephew submitted cash into an atm to pay his phone bill. Wells fargo tells the poor kid that he was charged $30 for two $1 dollar fees that ebay had charged him unknowingly. TO MAKE MATTERS WORST WELLS FARGO TELLS THE POOR KID THAT IT WILL TAKE 10 DAYS FOR THEM TO GIVE HIM HIS MONEY BACK!!! SHAME ON WELLS FARGO FOR TREATING A JUVENILE ACCOUNT HOLDER LIKE THAT!!! - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Always fast, professional at drive through. Never any issue except new policy for deposits I never have slips and now all of a sudden you have to fill one out. Used to be debit card and id was enough. But I'm very pleased always ask how I am. Can tell when I'm having a bad day and do what they can to make me smile.
